Get Satisfaction

We’ve gotten quite a bit of user feedback and bug reports via our simple form submit page, great. We try to respond to issues, questions, suggestions immediately as they arrive in our inbox. However, a lot of useful the information which generated out of this just end up buried in email threads. Today, we hooked up with Get Satisfaction (people powered customer service), a service that allows us to have these interactions in an open community space. We are looking forward to having more conversations with our vocal users.
